Leadership Team
Drew brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to property management, combining hands-on experience as a residential investor with executive-level insight from the commercial real estate world. He began his real estate career managing his own portfolio of short-, medium-, and long-term rentals, and later served as Managing Director at First National Realty Partners—a nationwide commercial syndicator with over $2 billion in assets under management.
He founded Sheepdog Property Management after recognizing a critical gap: the sophisticated asset management strategies used in large-scale commercial real estate were virtually absent in residential property management. Sheepdog was built to change that—by offering investment-minded owners in Denver a smarter, more strategic approach to property performance and risk mitigation.
Drew’s favorite part of the job is advising fellow investors on everything from rental strategy and asset selection to market analysis—whether in Denver or across the country. His insights into maximizing returns, minimizing vacancy risk, and building long-term equity reflect a deep understanding of both residential and commercial investment models.
Michael brings a deep background in real estate strategy and brokerage leadership to Sheepdog Property Management. His career has centered around helping investors make smart, data-driven real estate decisions.
